"Refund went through... almost too smoothly"
I returned the item the whole process was way smoother than I expected. Got my refund fast too, which made me wonder if they’ve got some secret refund button they only press when the stars align. Either way, no complaints from me...

I bought a couple of pieces from Tiger Gems, i’m happy with what I got. I did my usual quick price-check shortcut where I compare a few sites, see if anything feels way off, and make a call. Their prices seemed fair, and the pieces looked nice when they arrived.
I wouldn’t give it a perfect score because the shipping updates were a little lacking, and I kept wondering where things were. But once the order showed up, I felt like it was worth the money overall.

"Pretty easy order, site was clear enough"
I found the stone I was looking for without too much hassle. Checkout was simple, and the emails came through quick too. Only small thing was a few pages loaded kinda slow for me, but overall it was a good buying experiance.

"Custom ring turned out better than I expected"
I ordered a custom size and kept wondering if I’d measured wrong or picked the wrong size somehow, but it ended up fitting well. The engraving looked just like what I asked for too, so maybe I was stressing over nothing. It did take a little longer to arrive than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with how it came out.

My order from tigergems.com arrived really nicely packed. The box was clean and neat, and nothing was rattling around inside, which I appreciated. It made the whole unboxing feel a little more special. Overall, I’m really happy with the presentation.

"Looks legit, just double-check what you get"
The gem looks really nice in person and the quality seems good to me. It does look genuine, but I’d still say be careful and check it properly when it arrives, just to make sure you’re happy with it.
